ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Within 10 days

Return items in complete, saleable condition with original packaging.

IN FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
  1. Connect with us via email/ phone/ WhatsApp and notify us your intent to proceed with the return
  2. A reverse pick-up will be initiated with your agreement.
  3. Place the unused product in the original packaging. Do not forget to include the manual, warranty card and all the other accessories
  4. Seal the outer box and handover to the courier, we will submit the paperwork for the shipment on your behalf.

THE REFUND

Every unused returned product approved will be reimbursed through the same payment method used for purchase. A quality assessment for every returned item will be performed by our watchmaking experts. Products not meeting the return policy requirements will be refused and returned back to the customer. You will be notified via e-mail on the status of your return.
